When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It is an old matter of the year 2008, in which, counter on behalf of respondents was already filed. It appears the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting his petition. In these circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
