HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRI T PETI TI ON No.15717 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed impugning the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in disposing of the representations, dated 18.01.2002 and 10.09.2005 given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent and the further representation, dated 29.06.2006, addressed to the 1st respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the hearing would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of giving directions to the respondents to dispose of the representations.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2, on oral instructions, would submit that the representations are pending consideration.

Recording the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the aforestated representations submitted by the petitioner by passing speaking orders and by following the procedure established by law, however, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
