THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3486 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 18.4.2016 passed in E.A.No.171 of 2013 in E.A.No.218 of 2012 in E.P.No.86 of 2011 in O.S.No.47 of 1962 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for both the parties is to direct the Executing Court to dispose of E.A.No.218 of 2012 as early as possible. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada to dispose of E.A.No.218 of 2012 in E.P.No.86 of 2011 in O.S.No.47 of 1962, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
