Petitioner's grievance is that in spite of a complaint dt.31.12.2012 made by the petitioner to 1st respondent to get conducted a survey for demarcation of the petitioner's land of Ac.0-22 guntas in survey No.5/B and Ac.0.53⁄4 guntas in survey No.177 on the outskirts of Laxmipuram village of Warangal Mandal and District, the respondents have not done any survey so far.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondents will conduct survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner, subject to the petitioner baring charges for the said survey, after giving notice to the affected parties. 3.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner, subject to the petitioner paying requisite charges/fees for the said survey, after giving notice to the affected parties, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and furnish a copy of the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
