2.
I.A.Nos.2,3 and 4 of 2019 are filed by both parties seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences and to record compromise as the matter was settled out of the Court. Along with the affidavits, they filed a joint memo of compromise stating that due to intervention of elders and well-wishers, they agreed to settle the matter amicably and the 1st respondent-de-facto complainant is agreed not to prosecute the criminal case registered against the petitioner.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent/de-facto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. They filed xerox copies of their aadhar cards along with their photographs. When this Court enquired, the petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-de-facto complainant stated that they are living together and leading happy marital life.
4. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties and the marital relationship between the petitioner/accused and the 1st
respondent/de-facto complainant, I find that it is a fit case to record compromise between the parties and to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused.
5. In the result, I.A.Nos.2,3 and 4 of 2019 are ordered. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.516 of 2019 on the file of Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda District, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
