HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6431 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner/A.3 seeking for anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2018 of Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.

Heard and perused the regular bail orders of A.1, A.2 and A.4. 3.

It is the contention that pending disposal of this anticipatory bail, leave about A.3 is not found at the scene and it is only from the disclosure of A.1 and A.4 of the complicity of A.3, by placing reliance on the regular bail granted to A.1 & A.4 and A.2 respectively on 06.06.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge in C.M.P.Nos.471 and 472 of 2018, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail. 4.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application saying the offence Section 370 IPC applies. It is not even the case from the perusal of the case diary that any memo to that effect as on date filed by the prosecution. However, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail, but for if at all the petitioner wants to avail similar concession, she can move before the learned Sessions Judge for regular bail. 5.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of, rather than dismissal.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 17th July 2018.
