It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Hyderabad Potteries Pvt. Ltd., v. Collector, Hyderabad District and another and same is not disputed by Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

In view of same and for the reasons alike in the Hyderabad Potteries Pvt. Ltd., v. Collector, Hyderabad District and another (supra), this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioners under B.P.S (Building Penalization Scheme) for Regularization of the buildings constructed, without insisting for production of TSLR Certificate or No Objection Certificate in respect of the subject premises, of which the petitioners are owners.
