It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire trial in CC.No.497 of 2009 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, LB Nagar, is already completed and the matter was reserved for orders about two weeks back. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served in continuing this Criminal Petition.

Taking into consideration, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is closed as no further cause would survive in proceeding with this matter. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
