There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3 in investigating the matter basing on the complaint vide FIR No.365 of 2013 dated 02-12-2013 as is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of and also violation of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India. Consequently direct the respondent No.3 to investigate the case vide FIR No.365 of 2013 dated 02-12-2013 expeditiously in accordance with law and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime/FIR No.365 of 2013 dated 02-12-2013, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and that after taking cognizance of the offences, the same was taken on file, vide C.C.No.505 of 2016, and the same is pending trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
