When the matter was listed on 20.07.2017, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was, therefore, directed to be listed under the caption "for orders". Today the matter is appearing under the said caption. In spite of the same, none appears for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/nonprosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
