ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/R1 to R8 seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.100 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistratecum-Special Mobile Court, Guntur, against them.

2. The second respondent herein filed aforesaid DVC against her husband and the relatives of her husband alleging that all the respondents used to harass her by abusing and insulting her and also ill-treating her physically and mentally.

3. In view of the allegations mentioned in the complaint and also the nature of proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, except the first petitioner/R1, the presence of petitioner Nos.2 to 8 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is insisted by the trial Court. The first petitioner is directed to represent on behalf of the other petitioners.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
