The petitioner has come up with the above revision seeking a limited relief.

2. Heard Mr. P.S.P. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is not disposed of on the ground that it is a 2018 suit. But it is seen that the suit was of the year 2011 and was renumbered as a suit of the year 2018 after the formation of a new Court. Therefore, the civil revision petition is disposed of. The Trial Court shall treat the suit as a suit of the year 2011, apply the Circular of the High Court and endeavour to dispose it of within a period of 4 (four) months. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
