This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.27 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Karimnagar, and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court at Ranga Reddy District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the counter.

The marriage of the petitioner was performed with the respondent on 26.05.2010 at Brundavan Garden, Karimnagar District, as per Hindu rites and customs. Immediately after the marriage, the petitioner joined the respondent to lead marital life. The respondent herein is facing trial in C.C.No.194 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siricilla, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner also submitted a complaint to the Protection Officer at Hyderabad under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act.

The respondent filed O.P.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar, for dissolution of marriage between him and the petitioner.

4. The petitioner has been residing separately in Hyderabad due to misunderstandings between her and the respondent.

5. At the time of arguments, both the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have been staying in

Hyderabad in view of their employment. Therefore, both the parties may face some difficulty to attend the Family Court at Karimnagar. In the interest of both parties, I am of the considered view that it is a fit case to transfer O.P.No.27 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar, to the Judge, Family Court at Ranga Reddy District.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.P.No.27 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar, and transferred the same to the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, for disposal in accordance with law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 21.08.2015 KH
