ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short "Cr.P.CJ seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-Accused No.5 in Crime.No.108 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences registered are under Section 354-A,420, 506 and Sec.7 of the Drug and Black Magic Remedies Act, 1954 I I I read with 34 of IPC.

After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner-Accused sought permission to withdraw the application and avail alternative legal remedy before the concerned Court if he is so advised. 3.

Permission granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous applications ding, if any, shall stand closed.
