HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17412 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the third respondent in not registering the crime against the fourth respondent on the complaint dated 10.01.2017 lodged by the petitioner and not issuing the receipt as illegal, arbitrary, un-constitutional, contrary to Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct the third respondent to register a crime against the fourth respondent on the complaint dated 10.01.2017. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) submits that the said report came to be registered as Crime No.64 of 2017 of Rambilli Police Station and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is closed.
