The petitioner alleges that the 2nd respondent is interfering in civil disputes and calling them to the police station to settle the disputes with the unofficial respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions on behalf of the 2nd respondent, wherein it is denied that the 2nd respondent interfered with the civil dispute and personal liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the police station to settle the disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 to

7. It is further stated that the 2nd respondent never pressurized the petitioner to withdraw the Appeal No.72 of 2017. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
