This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the application of the petitioner vide file No.25022/15/2013-F-1, for listing of International Institute of Technology Training (IITT) on list of MHA Visa Manual, till date, and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms.Anjali Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government. Since the application of the petitioner is pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the application of the petitioner vide file No. 25022/15/2013-F-1, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
