THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2418 of 2015 O R D E R:

The Government Pleader for Industries appearing for 1st respondent has filed a memo along with proceedings Rc.No.772/15-C, dt.04.07.2016 issued by the 1st respondent reinstating the petitioner as Managing Committee Member of HWCS Limited, Gattuppal and directing the President of the Managing Committee of the said Society to take him into Managing Committee as the Director.

2. In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case as against the 1st respondent is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the 2nd respondent, in case the further direction of the 1st respondent to take the petitioner into the Managing Committee as the Director is not obeyed. No costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
