In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-disposal of his representation dated 16.09.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2019, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
