This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.56 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Proddatur I Town Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 188 and 353 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of PDPP Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
