Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the authorities have passed an order rejecting the application, dated 05.12.2018, of the petitioner, and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration any more. Learned counsel for the petitioner however seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
