Smt Balamani, And 7 Others v. State Of Telangana, And 7 Others
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.125 of 2022 AND WRIT PETITION No.28182 of 2021 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) Learned counsel for the appellants/writ petitioners, after arguing the matters at length, is fair enough in stating before this Court that there are two other writ petitions pending before this Court i.e., W.P.Nos.19695 and 22912 of 2015, in which there is an interim order of status quo. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present Writ Appeal as well as the Writ Petition No.28182 of 2021 with a liberty to the appellants/writ petitioners to file an appropriate interlocutory application in the aforesaid pending writ petitions.
In the light of the aforesaid, the present Writ Appeal and the Writ Petition No.28182 of 2021 are dismissed as withdrawn. However, a liberty is granted to the appellants/writ petitioners to file an appropriate interlocutory application in the pending writ petitions. It is
needless to mention that the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the present writ petition will not come in the way of the appellants/writ petitioners while arguing the pending writ petitions and the learned Single Judge shall also decide the pending writ petitions on merits in accordance with law.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________________ SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA, CJ ______________________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 03.03.2022 vs
