Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
