Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by this common order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the learned Additional Advocate General and perused the material available on record. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court by common order dated 11.10.2017 allowed Writ Petition No.14356 of 2017 and batch. This Court has already dealt with similar matter and allowed W.P.No.14356 of 2017 and batch by order dated 11.10.2017. Hence, following the common order dated 11.10.2017 in W.P.Nos.14356 of 2017 and batch and for the reasons stated therein, these writ petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
