Heard Mr.Mehdi Hussain for petitioner and Mr.M.A.Mujeeb for 6th respondent/Wakf Board.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".....Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondents 1 to 6 in not taking action against respondents 7 to 17 for illegal demolition of Heritage Mosque having received complaints dated 22-05-2018, 23-05-2018 and 0206-2018, namely Masjid-e-Qamber Ali situated in Sy.No.148 on an extent of 600 Sq.Yards situated at Inside Feroz Ali Market, Behind Khairtabad Market, Panjagutta, Hyderabad Published in the Gazette Dated 30-08-1984 at Serial No.1727, as being Illegal, Arbitrary........."

Mr.Mujeeb places before the Court, the report dated 24-07-2018 and also the photographs showing the present stage of construction.

This Court, after perusing the report and the photographs, prima facie is of the view that this Court at this juncture need not examine the merits canvassed by the petitioner.

Mr.Mehdi Hussain requests the Court to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

Mr.Mujeeb on instructions submits that representation filed by the petitioner is replied within six (06) weeks from today.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
