The present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed seeking early disposal of I.A.No.1337 of 2017 in O.S.No.196 of 2017. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff submits that though the counter is filed in the I.A., the matter is being adjourned for one reason or the other and hence seeks speedy disposal of the I.A. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present revision is disposed of directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, to dispose of I.A.No.1337 of 2017 in O.S.No.196 of 2017, at the earliest. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
