HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W r it Pet it ion No.2 1 0 9 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The only grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is despite the existence of a validly granted building permit bearing No.3/ C12/ 00288/ 2018, dated 05.01.2018, respondents No.2 and 4 are interfering with the construction activity.

On the other hand, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that in the guise of the above building permit, the petitioner herein, by encroaching upon the Government Land, is making constructions abutting his survey number.

If that being so, keeping it open for the respondents to take action by issuing notices in the event of there being any contravention of the building permit, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents herein not to interfere with the construction activity if the same is carried on as per the building permission.
