Heard Sri S. Ram Babu, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 15/10/2008 in WP.No. 22354 of 2008. He submits that the said writ petition was disposed of by following the earlier order of this Court dated 19/7/2005 in WP.No. 23750 of 2000. He requests the Court to follow the same order and dispose of the present writ petition.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the prayer in the instant writ petition is substantially covered by the orders of this Court in the writ petition referred to above and does not have objection for disposing of the writ petition in the same terms.

4. The writ petition is ordered as follows:

"Accordingly, following the order in WP.No. 23750 of 2000 and batch, the writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to refund the already deducted amount to the petitioner and not to recover any amount in future towards the National Academy of Construction and towards the Chief Minister's Relief Fund in pursuance of the impugned G.O. No costs."
