THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1983 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 11.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.219 of 2014 in A.S.No.67 of 2014 by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gajuwaka.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel with one voice submitted that the appellate Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal itself as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the orders of the appellate Court dated 11.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.219 of 2014 in A.S.No.67 of 2014. However, the appellate Court is hereby directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
