THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.8209 OF 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders passed by the first respondent in S.A.No.6 of 2004, dated 14.03.2005 confirming the orders passed by the second respondent in S.E.No.12 of 2004, dated 29.10.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and improper and set aside the same without considering the legal provisions of the A.P. Shops and Establishments Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
