When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 18.10.2005 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
