COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These Writ Petitions arise out of common order dated 30-08-2013 in O.A.Nos. 9857 of 2011 and batch on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad. 2.
The dispute raised in these Writ Petitions pertains to recruitment to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers under DSC1998 Notification concerning West Godavari, Guntur and Kurnool Districts. When the entire batch of the Writ Petitions came up on 11-10-2017 for hearing, this Court adjourned the cases to enable learned counsel appearing in the respective Writ Petitions to file tabular statements of showing category wise marks obtained by the petitioners vis-à-vis the selected candidates by making it clear that if any of learned counsel does not prepare such tabular statements containing the above noted details, it will be presumed that the petitioners therein have not secured more marks than the selected candidates who are appointed as teachers.

Today, by a detailed common order, we have disposed of W.P.Nos. 12452 of 2013 and batch filed raising the same dispute concerning East Godavari and Prakasam Districts as raised in these Writ Petitions. We have held therein that the plea of the petitioners
that they secured higher marks than the selected candidates in their respective categories is factually incorrect. As regards these Writ Petitions, which arise from West Godavari, Guntur and Kurnool Districts, none of learned counsel appearing in these cases have prepared tabular statements despite giving them an opportunity by adjourning the cases. Therefore, as per order dated 11-10-2017, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners herein have not secured more marks than the selected candidates who are appointed as teachers. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. 4.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petitions, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ___________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
