HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1890 of 2012 ORDER : (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This contempt case is filed, alleging violation of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 09.07.2012, passed in W.P.No.27613 of 2011.

During the pendency of this contempt case, respondents in the writ petition have filed review petition being Review W.P.M.P.No.37812 of 2013, which is allowed by this Court by a separate order. In view of said orders an for the reasons recorded therein, we are of the view that no case is made out to proceed further so as to grant directions under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
