- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9528 OF 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding and granting petitioner's pension under the Revised Pension Rules 1980 as improper and irregular and consequently direct the respondents to fix and sanction petitioner's pension gratuity and other pensionary benefits under the Revised Pension Rules, 1980.

On 05.10.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.10.2017 'for dismissal'.

On 12.10.2017 learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and at his request, the matter was adjourned to this date on condition that no further adjournment would be granted at his instance.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
