When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite a legal notice dated 11.05.2018 got issued by the petitioner herein, no action has been taken so far by the respondents herein in the direction of redressing the grievance of the petitioner herein. It is further stated that the petitioner herein may be permitted to make a representation to the third respondent for reddressal of his grievance and the same may be directed to be disposed of by the third respondent in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Transport, Roads and Buildings that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner herein, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the matter and recording the said submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation for reddressal of his grievance to the third respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, third respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
