When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has informed that the case of the petitioner has been considered and to that effect, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 06.11.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that with the issuance of proceedings dated 06.11.2019, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved.
