This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19389 of 2015.

The learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of proceedings No.A1/199/2015 dated 08.12.2015 of the 1st respondent considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 and passing an order.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
