THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6439 of 2078 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.') by the petitioner/accused No.1 to quash the proceedings tn C.C.No.390 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned I Additional Juclicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 323,506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Acl,1967.

Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

As seen from the proceeding shee! there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.77.2023 though the case was listed at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner vide letter, dated 28.08.2023. Today also )

there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
