THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21158 of 2009 ORDER:

Petitioner prays for the following relief:

"...issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in not presenting the two bills one for Rs.5814/- passed by NIMS Medical Records Department bearing No. MRD/GOC/2014/2009 dated 11-7-2009 and second bill bearing No. MRD/MR/GVC/659/2009 dt. 13-7-2009 relating to the medical re-embursement ..."

2. On 22.04.2010, this Court granted interim direction as prayed for and the interim prayer reads as thus:

"... to pass an interim order to the effect that the two bills which were already passed by NIMS Medical Records Department bearing No. MRD/GOC/2014/2014/2009 dated 11-07-2009 for a sum of Rs.5,814/- and the second bill passed by the Gandhi Medical Hospital for a sum of Rs.7548/- bearing No. MRD/MR/GVC/659/2009 dated 13-07-2009 to the pay and Accounts officer and pay the total amount of Rs.13,362/- in may favour and further send the remaining two bills for a sum of Rs.9,768/- for counter signature by Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad and two more bills, for a sum of Rs.5,745/- to the NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad for counter signature ..."

3. It appears that the above interim direction substantially redresses the writ prayer. Hence, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________ S.V. BHATT, J July 4, 2016 DSK
