HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3848 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.707 of 2009 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 347, 427, 452, 380, 324 read with 149 I.P.C and Section 25 of Arms Act.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused Nos.1 to 7 in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Most of the offences are compoundable even with the permission of the Court but for the offence under Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 380 I.P.C. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C. No.707 of 2009 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
