The contemnor filed a counter-affidavit.

Though there is wilful disobedience on the part of the contemnor to the orders dated 13.09.2019 and 01.10.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19760 of 2019, considering the unconditional apology offered by her, this Court is inclined to accept the same with the warning that she shall bear in mind the implicit obedience to the orders of the Court is required to be adhered to. Hence, the contempt case is closed.
