Challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the complaints dated 22.09.2016 & 3.10.2016 of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Based on the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.19 of 2017 was registered against the unofficial respondents and investigation is in progress.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
