THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13317 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings of the 1st respondent in proceedings No.APSRTC 01/474(1)/98-WNP dated 10.05.2010 as illegal, arbitrary, null and void ab-initio without jurisdiction and is hit by double jeopardy and in consequence there of to set aside the same directing the respondents to take petitioner into service in the post of Deputy Superintendent (F), APSRTC, Wanaparthy.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 09.03.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf the petitioner. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
