WRIT PETITION NO.3081 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner complains inaction against non-consideration or disposing of representations dated 11/11/1997, 18/04/2008, 29/07/2008 and 03/02/2015 respectively filed for regularization of an extent of 85 sq.yards adjacent to petitioner's house bearing No. 10-2-289/120/21/2, P.S.Nagar, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise authority conferred on the respondents in regularizing the isolated plots.

2. On instructions, the learned standing counsel having regard to the limited prayer in the writ petition submits that the representations referred to above will be considered in accordance with the Government orders and the policy of the Board and appropriate orders are passed within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. By placing the stand on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
