This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 31.12.2015 passed in E.O.P.No.33 of 2014 in O.S.No.119 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, Chittoor District. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent present. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 14.09.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
