The General Manager (Planning) v. R.Sunandan Reddy
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.4464 and 4465 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. However, he submits that his contentions in E.P.No.53 of 2007 may be left open. It is needless to observe that since the present Civil Revision Petitions arise out of E.A.Nos.72 and 71 of 2012 and in view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous, the contentions which are open to the petitioner can be raised in E.P.No.53 of 2007, if they are so advised.
The Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 18.01.2016 vs
