Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case was settled before Lok Adalath and the same was disposed of on 12-10-2018. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
