THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25578 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted a representation dated 24.06.2016 before the respondents 2 to 4 in pursuance to the report of the Deputy Inspector to the Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records dated 30.06.2015 which was prepared in compliance to the orders dated 08.11.2013 passed by this Court in WP.No.31954 of 2013. In the said report it is clearly stated that the newly constructed compound wall by the respondents falls in T.S.No.17, BlockM, Ward 18 of Langer House, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad district which is the property of the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions from the Tahasildar, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad (R4) stating that action has been initiated and the representation of the petitioner will be considered within three months and action will be taken.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioners dated 24.06.2016, in accordance with law after taking into account the report 30.06.2015 submitted by the Deputy Inspector to the Deputy Director, Survey and Land

Records, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
