HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20955 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.I.Chandra Sekhar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ........ to issue an Order or a Direction or a Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 herein in wrongly entering the total extent of land pertaining to the Petitioner herein as Ac.0.25 1⁄2 cents instead of Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.251-6 situated at Thimmapuram village, Kakinada Rural, East Godavari District in 1-B Revenue Land Records of Government of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal, ultravires and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 herein to change the extent of the land as Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No. 2516 of 1B Revenue Land Records of Government of Andhra Pradesh basing on the Mandal Surveyor Report and the Pass Book bearing Patta No.

697 issued by Mandal Revenue Officer, Kakinada Rural, East Godavari District......" The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 21.06.2018. The relevant portion reads as follows :- " ...... the writ petitioner is having an extent of Ac.0.241⁄2 cents in Sy.No.251/ 7 and Ac.0.251⁄2 cents in Sy.No.251/ 6 (total Ac.0.50 cents). Accordingly, the 1B Register and Web land were corrected and her grievance was redressed......." Since the instructions state that the grievance of petitioner is redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Hence, by placing on record the written instructions dated 21.06.2018, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 29-06-2018 Prv
