ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 5, and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

This writ petition was filed challenging the appointment of respondent Nos.6 & 7 as part-time Instructors and for a consequential relief to appoint the petitioners as part-time Instructors as per their selection for the academic year 20152016. A notification was issued by the Project Officer-Rajiv Vidya Mission, Adilabad District, Adilabad, for engaging part-time Instructors in Art Education, Health & Physical Education and Work Education in UPS & UP Sections of High Schools for the academic year 2014-2015.

This Court by order dated 4.11.2015 restrained the respondents from appointing part-time Instructors in the Government

UPS NGO's School and Government HS N o . 2 , Bokkalaguda, Adilabad Town and District. The said order was not vacated.

But the academic year has come to an end.

In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioners challenging the appointment of respondent Nos. 6 & 7 does not survive for consideration. However, if respondent Nos.2 to 4 issued any fresh notification, it is open to the petitioners to apply pursuant to the said notification and the cases of the petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
